I've sent my mini 3 pro for repair, received a call and email regarding payment with 2 payment options, one with and one without care refresh
Paid via the link on email for repair without care refresh and payment has cleared from bank but not heard anything since last Thursday, contacted support via Web chat and call and the agents have passed the details on for investigation but heard nothing since
Anyone else experienced similar or know how long it takes from payment clearing for repair or replacement to be actioned?
