Do you rotate use of the batteries so that they are charged approximately the same number of times ?
If so you can try uploading, one at a time, the last 10 .txt flight logs to
https://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
then download and open the csv of each log and look in the column entitled "BATTERY.timesCharged". It may contain the count but that is not guaranteed. I have some mini 2 flight logs where it is recorded and others were is is not recorded, at the moment I can't work out why this happens.
If not then you can try uploading ALL the flight logs, in batches of 100, to airdata. After you have uploaded each 100 delete them then upload the next batch etc.etc. until you upload the final batch. Once that batch has been uploaded check the, I think, power/battery-info tab and you may find find charge counts there.
BUT NOTE, this is, I think, an estimate.
I think Airdata determines whether or not a battery has been charged by looking for logs where the voltage has significantly increased, for each battery, between the 'current' log and the previous log.
From memory I think it must remember the 'count' for deleted logs. BUT if a log is missed or lost the count can be inaccurate.
