I live stream IRL via WiFi (I will not use cable FYI) but if there is even a tiny blip in the WiFi, the camera disconnects. For example, if I'm connected to a WiFi repeater router (think Gli Net routers, Slate for example) and the router loses it's repeater connection from the WWAN, even for a microsecond, the camera drops it's connection. The only way to avoid that is to have the camera connected on it's own radio (it's own separate WiFi). This does not happen with other devices. My router has link bonding so that if there is an interruption in the main connections it's not an issue as the other links without skipping a beat take over until the main connection is back. I do not believe this is an RTMP-specific issue but this is another plus for having the SRT protocol built-in and also a way to simply reconnect, without limits, my RTMP address never changes. Maybe have the firmware do a few reconnect retries before throwing an exception.
This would actually make this camera a really bad choice for anyone that directly streams to a platform because once the camera gives up on the connection, the stream would end.
