Worst Customer support and service from DJI Pros: Great camera at great price Cons If you get any issue in the camera, forget about the warranty, if there is even is single scratch, they will try to find a way to null and void your warranty.  Then shamefully they will offer to completely replace the whole camera at the cost of new camera and then they will keep the old camera, which they might sell as refurbished after repair or what  No repair, they will not repair, and even you have problem in one module, They won’t replace that one module, they will offer complete replacement. Which will cost you the same price  Why would someone take replacement, if you can buy a new product at the same price and keep the old one, which you may try to get repair outside or else use the module which might be working  I was just having issue with the front screen module, which they denied to repair and shamefully offered me the new came at the price of new product

However, the engineers have understood your request. Since there are many coupled logic on this page, the image transmission rotation solution will be re-sorted to solve the problem you reported. Please wait patiently and pay attention to the official website update. (We will inform you as soon as the subsequent problems are optimized.)

Great service. I had a batting cage accident less than 3 months old…missed the window on Care Refresh because I’m dumb. Charged me $31. Cost of the gimbal motor? DJI may have sent back a new unit since the scratches on the gimbal head weren’t there & it smelled new-new. And yes I put care refresh on the new one!

Tras un accidente de vuelo por descontrol de mi DJI Neo inicie todo el proceso de mandar al SAT y todo ha ido muy bien. Tras comprobar un vuelo incontrolado ajeno al piloto ha cambiado el dron en garantía sin coste alguno. Tengo el seguro por un año pero no me cobran portes ni nada.
