hI ALL .

i like to ask your opinion , my new air 3 issue .
all my photo and video have blury on the right side . and its only from wide camera .
I ALREADY SENT bunch of photo TO dji GUY at FB AND IT SAID NORMAL ( I QUOTE " kindly take note that DJI Air 3 features a spherical lens. Due to the optical properties of the lens, it’s difficult to ensure that the edges and the middle area of the footage will have the same resolution. Thus, it is normal that the edges are a bit blurrier than the middle area of the footage. I hope this clarifies the issue for you. Thank you for your understanding.")

spherical lens NOT JUST ON THE RIGHT SIDE . IF BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT I WILL UNDERSTAND .

BUT ITS ONLY RIGHT SIDE area . AND THAT SO ANOYING .

MY P4 Standard much more pleasant to look at.

Based on the images you shared, the answer seems to be really specious. I suggest to tell them that if they do not replace your unit under warranty, you'll file a lawsuit. And to proceed in that way if they do not replace the unit.

hi , im still fighting my claim to TAM indonesia . as DJI authorised partner here . last update they only said its normal , and sent video how to tap focus .  
but im still ask them to sent me photo video direct from the drone , to proff they can record with clear image. .. not just sent video how to use auto focus .

worse case if they refuse my claim , what can i do . im not paying thousand dolar flying camera that blur .
i know this case is real , lots user effected with this defective lens ..

can i get replacement direct from DJI ?

yes , that what i see it , now still on checking process by dji authorised service center here .
already 3 weeks just waiting the result .

first week seems they not checking, just inform me how to take auto focus . and i inform what i claim is the recording footage, not video leson how to auto focus . and i ask them to fly , take photoand video ,, and sent it to me ..

and nothing until today already 2 weeks

as its brand new , it will repair or replace with new one ?

my worries as they not direct dji , just authorised company ..

Start asking every day and making you on their radar, if they still give no response, you could even file a lawsuit since if its defective they have to give you a replacement.

UPDATE..

YESTERDAY 4 OCTOBER I Recived the drone back.
Same drone not replaced with new drone. They just replace gimbal.
So my brand new drone jos got service.

Ok now the photo video vlgood and clear.

BUT New problem. It show vision sensor unavailable..

Im frustrated with this drone
