I own some older drones and have been haveing difficulty with the fly software for it making them useless!

DJI clearly has zero customer service and does not care about it's customers. This is because they are a monopoly. If you're tired of this new world we have where customer service is non-existent you need to stop supporting this Chinese terroist organization with their lack of customer service and now support!

A aks you to start with this new DJU Neo model. It maybe cheap but I'm certain they offer sero CS that will make it useless!

We NEED a new drone so option and without boycotting DJI it will NEVER happen. If you another disatisfied customer, please boycot DJI now unless they change their position and stop this the hostage holding this comapny is campable if.

My post was spelled checked by the site and a lot of typos aren't cuaght be so maybe blame them and excuse me if I just assumed it was correct and it's a common mistake these days.

I am a college graduate from Michigan State University with a MBA, master's in business administration, so any further comment about my education, is ridiculous and just stoking trying to incite something that must be against the forum rules!

My customer service experience AND more importantly the number of issues and loss of drones because of it may be different but believe me it has been significantly more and much longer than most.

You replied to the thread I referenced so if you want to address it the best way possible, address it and pleas help keeping this thread get out of by addressing the other irrelevant posts that are only meant to stoke anger and other issues, I'm not going bring it up to not stoke more of these replies. The best way to counteract this post is addressing the post I referenced and the many others I've found on this site.

If you want A LOT of examples of poor customer service, just google it and if you think google is BS for this or you think isn't reliable, just reference the posts for this forum and address them because it seems similar to the one I referenced they never do.
I'm an older individual which like a lot others my age have difficulty with tech. I'll bett most of the people posting these noc contributory comments are not which also explains their behavior. DJI's CS should treat all of their customers equally!

I'm no longer commently to any more negative posts because it doesn't contribute to this post and if you can't contribute, please refrain from doing so as well. If you want to post you positive expereince, you are welcome to but I am certain over time the negative will outnuber the positice by a large margin and if I'm wrong, you're welcome to start another thread to post about it all you want!

Just in case you have already read the others replies, if you want to have this REALLY addressed and to prevent others from not reading it because of these no contributory posts, please delete any you feel are including any of my replies because sincerely want this addressed! Honestly, I LOVE your drones but there is a limit to how many problems you can have that you can't find a solution to, and I've hit it and believe me when I say I am not alone.

The grammar of my post has no relevance to the thread nor do you're continued replies. FYI I am disabled with several traumatic brain injuries which may explain tings but again bot need to even post this because it's totally irrelvant to the thread but I thought I would justify why you're the person that again needs to stop relying because every reply has been totally non contributory!
I intentionally made the errors of this post but left them as an emample of how they are missed by this webostie's spellcheck(which I don't expect) and I'll admit I didn;t proof read any of my replies but again don;t need to to have this suuse addressed. You may have just replied but please explain why it hasn't been solved and mostly ignored when it was posted months ago and the likely reason no one contuned replying is because of this.

No, just someone that like everyone else 30-40 years ago that experienced superior customer service compared to now, where a simple phone got you answers very quickly and didn't take an automated system and ridiculous wait to attempt with typical zero results like these that frustrates the majority. WOW, someone having a bad time today. If there are issues with he products or software, this forum has been created to assist people that needs the help and that is what the Admins, mods and us are here to do. We help each other to better understand the products and learn from each other. Many people have had issues with many products including Dji but there is a way to go about asking for help. If you care to explain your issue in a civil manner then me or someone else here will offer you the assistance you need and get you flying again.

This is comical.
Questions for the OP.
1) what "older drones" do you have ?
2) what control apps are you using with those drones and on what devices are you attempting to run those control apps.
3) please cite your experiences of poor customer service, yes there is an occasional hiccup but in most cases things seem to run smoothly.

With regards to spell checking, as far as I know when using a computer the DJI site does not spell check. When using an android phone I do get spell checking but I think that that is provided by either the phone's software or the browser's software as the dictionary carries over from one website to another.

If you contimue to "vent your spleen" I doubt you will get much assistance.

If I understood your issue correctly, the solution to your problem has been answered twice in that thread:

Have you tried the solution offered to you?

Recently, there was a software update for mobile phones that prevented the DJI app for working correctly... DJI has since release a new version of their software to take care of the issue...

Just remove the older version from your phone and install the new one provided by those two posts mentioned above..

The OP's inquiry of the link you quoted was solved on 18#. We may not be able to follow every comment on the comment section of a post, DJI Forum is a public platform for every DJI (including potential) users to ask for help, provide assistance, share experience and works, and so on.
If DJI user experiences an issue, we will do our best to help solve the issue, we have other channels for users to ask for assistance as well, e.g. online chat, phone on our official website. Every user is important to us, we admit that not every problem can be solved, but we are trying our best or provide workarounds.
