i just got a  second battery Yesterday   and charged it up last Night when i put it in  to use it  The led lights on the Phantom 2 stays Solid red   So does that mean i  got a Bad  Battery?    works  fine with its stock cell

Solid red means you have an error somewhere.  Connect the Phantom to the RC assistant on your computer with the battery in place and check the battery status.  You should get a more specific message.
