Thanks. Neither works. My mobile is connected to home wifi. I open Fly. It says Firmware update is required. I click Install, it says - Failed, connect to device. I connect to device which opens the camera view. Now there is no way to start the update, so I go back to the homepage. It now says FlySafe requires update, I click Update, it says - Network required. But there's no network because I'm connected to the Neo. Disconnect the Neo, and nothing, dead-end.
DJI Assistant does nothing at-all. Doesn't even recognise anything is connected. It looks like it was for Windows XP or something.

DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) only support Windows Version V2.1.28 or Mac Version V2.1.28. To ensure compatibility, please check if your mobile device is listed on the DJI Fly app's supported devices list DJI Fly If your device is not compatible, try using one of the listed devices.
