Top bitrate 100Mbps??? that's a lot less than previous generations...

did they fix the voice commnd issue when in 4K and it is dissabled, unless you film in 2.7K?? Its disspointing when you need hands free (like Mtbing) to not be able to use 4K or not have voice command.

I don't think they've fixed the horrible trumpet shaped lens flare from the Action 4. All cameras have lens flare but the shape of the one on the Action 4 could be very distracting. Not the case on the GoPro or even the Action 3. I think this issue still remains.

Battery life

The same ugly sunflare as Action 4

The battery life is crazy and I watched a video comparing to the new go pro and it’s much better in low light and generally looks better. Better dynamic range

I don't mind receiving emails from DJI, but I'm up to my 4th email today about Osmo, 1 in Chinese.

Because i see there is a new battery case on the website.

How to force a firmware update ?

I received my Osmo action five today. I am confused about emphasizing the bright screens when it comes to recording. From what I see the capability to leave the screen on during recording has been removed. The option of “never” has been removed when it comes to timing to turn screen off during recording.  Is that accurate?  Thanks.  

Does the lens unscrew on the action 5? For my action 4 filter.

Bitrate needs to go up. At least as an option for people who want it. The new processor, sensor, spec and upgrades look great but this will be a no go if the bitrate issue is not addressed. There are some reviews that show some weird glow looking artefacts around some objects when filmed in auto, I assume this must be the “algorithm” trying to make up for the low bitrate, maybe?! This could be the deciding factor between the Action5 / GoPro 13.

there is nothing to do with bitrate. image settings can be changed on action5pro ： image adjustment- texture -2 to have a less enhanced look.

I would love for DJI to make a dash cam.  I bet they’d knock it out of the park

THE BIT RATE SUCKS!!! Give us the option to customize it. This is phony as heck DJI.

I just purchased the Action 5 Pro this week. Great camera.
One thing I noticed is that Voice Controls do not work on all resolutions. For example, in 4k30 the Start Recording command works but the Stop Recording does not work.
From what I read this problem has been around for a while. In the Action 5 Voice Commands work in 4k60 and 1080p30 but not 4k30 and 1080p60. I have not tested all resolutions.
It's surprising that DJI has not fixed this issue and made it available across all resolutions especially for a feature that is so widely used. Disappointed for such an expensive action camera.

mine wont connect to PC (have had 2 Action 5 Pro now) all with same fault, Action 4 connect to PC instantly, Action 5 pro crashes PC and wont show

iPhones have OLED screens and have a "never" option for turning off automatically.

Hi I am just shifting from GoPro and I observed this message “ Shooting complete, camera powering off, swipe up to continue” and get 3s timer. Is this default??
This is annoying how to disable this option if we have an option to do so. TIA

We want magnetic charging cable to avoid open the door every time and risk the sealing of the camera .

If i connect bluetooth remote with action 4 and 5, the remote needs update every time? Very frustrating.

PLEASE DJI! BRING BACK the HIGH BITRATE(just like what’s in the Action 4

Can someone let me know if this supports RTMPS? I was thinking of purchasing for Game Changer. I have action cam 4 and it does not and I am not a fan of MEVO.

Received my A5 Pro today. So far so good. One feature I love is that I can use the quick capture and the Mic2 connects almost instantly. It took ages on the OA4.

I would love DJI to add the cancel recording like on the pocket 3. I make lots of mistakes and would like to be able to delete a clip by holding down the record button.
