Yes, we were visiting friends who live just across the river
It had rained all morning, but the sun came out just as we were leaving.

You're very welcome Mr. B.  It's good to know that you are having at least some good weather for your holiday to France.  It's always nice to see old friends and even better to enjoy lunch with them.

It's been a bit of a scamper round, but we've achieved most of what we wanted to do.

I was pleased with the pano. I tried to improve it manually, but the drone version stands up to scrutiny, I feel ( a couple of mis-matches)

You have to really hunt for any errors in that pano,   I scanned around it and spotted nothing.

I used to always say the best thing about a vacation was getting back home to get some rest.       I guess I just tried to always cram to much into vacation time.

10 hours solid kip after getting home at 02h00 this morning. Still a bit groggy
The rain has stopped, so I may take the Neo for a walk to clear my head

Yeah, that has happened to me after a vacation and a long flight back home and crossing several time zones enroute.

My area has dodged the bullet this time.  We got some heavy winds and rain and a small tidal surge.  Northern Florida will not be as lucky I'm afraid.  

And a beautiful sphere!
