1)[Confirm "Physical Training" Enabled] Prior to filming, kindly ensure that the relevant physical training, such as "outdoor cycling", has been correctly initiated. Verify that the corresponding sports data is visible in your fitness app to guarantee that the sports data has been accurately recorded.
[Confirm Device Time] Please check that the timestamp in the recorded sports data file of the relevant device encompasses the video shooting time to avoid potential issues stemming from unsynchronized device timing, which may result in video and data misalignment.
2) [Confirm Data Authorization Status] Please verify that the related sports data authorization has been completed, as failure to do so will result in the inability to access the corresponding dashboard sports data.
If the issue remains unresolved after performing the aforementioned operations, please refer to the "Procedure for Dealing with Abnormal Issues" for guidance.
