How does this work and what purpose does it serve. When I first got my P3 a month ago and started uploading flights it would show my levels gaining exp. I have taken 10 flights since the last level up and I have not seen a change. I have reached out to DJI several times and no response. Does anyone know more about this? Thanks!

The Exp level is based on flight time and flight distance. for your info, i am at level 19 and my flight time was 19 hrs 12 mins and flight distance was 145216m (90.23 miles)

i have the same problem  too, even if i always synchronized my flight records, im still at level 13.

Yup I'm the same. Logged over 12 hours flight and over 100kilometers and my xp hasn't moved from level 18
