My Dji o3 air unit won't activate  after a firmware update. This Air unit was working fine and after the new firmware update is not working well is not taking full power mode and is glitching durring the fly. I already try almots everything. I download the new version v2 1.21 and also the other versions and nothing I try windows and mac, nothing work. I try downgrade the firmware to the old ones that don't work, I try diferent cables and with and without power in the drone and nothing. If I go to the dji website and put my serial number it says that is activated, but went I connect the o3 to the dji assitan it says that need to be activaed and went I try it says activation fail. I need help

Yes I already did everything right.
This is the Serial Number 5lskl1900201fx and this is the air unit firmware 01.03.00.00

Dji I need answer to this problem. Fix it or send me a new equipment. Today I have a new problem and many people are talking about it. I was doing a corporate job and the drone freeze the image and lost signal. I was getting 50mbps at the moment I have video too prof. If this keep happening I can't trust your products any more I use this equipment for work and I can't have my reputation damage because of your updates and bugs in your system. Please answer me.
