I can read DJI Neo can block the camera stabilizer to be stabilized offline with Gyroflow. But there is only one way I found to get no stabilized images, choosing 4:3 proportion... but that is only available in manual mode, with DJI Fly app, not with controller, and ONLY for photos. This have not much sense to me. Really there is no way to get no stabilized video footage? What is the purpose of getting no stabilized photos? And why isn't possible change to 4:3 with the controller? Isn't possible to change exposure or white balance with DJI fly app , only with controller, but isn't possible to change image proportion with  the controller and only in DJI Fly app? Maybe I am not doing thigs right, but this have no sense to me...

Its not only for PHOTOS. Unstabilized Gyroflow in 4:3 is for video. Been using it that way all the time.

But the 4:3 proportion is only available in photo menu...how do you change to 4:3 in video mode?

4:3 gyro-data is available in stabilized (Normal/Sport) and non-stabilized (Manual). As soon as you set it to 4:3 in the Goggles 3, you get it.

I wish it could be also added to Palm Control, Mobile App Control and RC Control, but at the very least RC Control. On Avata 2 you won't get much improvements, besides flexibility, doing the stabilization on Gyroflow over Rocksteady, which is good enough. But on the Neo there's a noticeable difference.

If anyone is wondering what Gyroflow does with the non stabilized image and the gyro-data from the Neo, there you go:

So, correct me if i'm wrong here, you can only capture gyro data for gyroflow when flying full manual mode?

Do I have to activate the "subtitles" option to use Gyroflow afterwards?

You need to use 4.3 aspect ratio and also the wide camera view.

To be able to use the gyro data in programs like Gyro flow.

What is "wide camera view"?

I am using the Neo with Goggles N3 and the FPV RC. I can only choose between 16:9 and 4:3 in the Goggles menu.

If I choose 4:3 the image frame is quite small with lots of black space around it. 16:9 fills the entire display in the Goggle, though. So I am a bit confused what you mean with "wide camera view".

Sorry, my mistake.

Setting the camera FOV is something that's available for the DJI air units and not the Neo.

only 4:3 with gyroflow..
would be nice to record in 4:3 but show a cropped 16:9 area in goggles N3 for bigger experience

Used Gyroflow with my 4:3 Neo footage today and while stabilization was near perfect, the video quality suffered noticeably  - probably because of the cropping that stabilization does to the video.

Did anyone test (or noticed) yet what stabilization method (RockSteady VS Gyroflow) gives a better result regarding to image quality / resolution?

Does RockSteady eventually crop less aggressive than Gyroflow?
