Neo video has white flashes using S24 phone

I have just bought a DJI Neo drone and the recorded video has intermittent white flashes on it. The video was set at 4k 30fps. Tried 1080P 30fps as well but same white flashes!
I'm using a Samsung S24 phone.

I have cropped and reduced the attached video file to comply with the limitations on here.

Can someone explain before i return the product

I have re installed the DJI Fly app on my phone but not sure what you mean by :-

2.Refresh DJI Neo's latest firmware in DA2 ?

  I have already downloaded the latest firmware to the drone but don't know what DA2 means?

Hi, I was unable to update the drone firmware as the app said it was already up to date.
After re installing the DJI app to my phone the problem appears to be fixed. Thanks for your help

Hi Diana,
  After trawling through all the pages to find the "Request service online"  it seems there may be a repair charge? I would have thought my drone was under warranty? It was only a few days old when i discovered the fault.
Would  it just be simpler to return it to the Argos store where i collected it from and request a replacement or can you do this for me?
