I'm trying to use the PC simulator and I am able to display the simulator and start it but when I try to use the remote controller to fly the drone, neither the real drone nor the simulated drone fly. I noticed that the SN number is not showing in the simulator config even though the controller and the drone are both turned on and the controller is plugged into my computer with a usb cable.
Does anyone know why the SN number is not showing? or what else might be the problem?

Hi, what drone do you have? Please provide more details about your problem, if you have screenshot picture, that would be very helpful.
