What's the point in these goggles if you could have the "regular" goggles 3? Just price (cheap)? They seem to lack cameras.
Price point. Probably one of the least expensive digital video goggles available. Marketing strategy. Some people that purchased just the Neo alone might be interested in trying immersive flying. Guessing why they have a MC3 package available. DJI understands for growth they need to keep adding more people to their "ecosystem".
I guess some people who wear glasses and who own the Goggles3 might want the N3 so they can wear those glasses.
If not owning the Goggles 3. Probably would purchase the N3 just based on the price. Personally I find the camera in the Goggles3 not that useful. Used them initially couple time. Would be interesting to see how often the camera is used and for what purprose used for by Goggles 3 owners.

I think the whole point of the Goggles N3 is primarily for those people who bought a Neo but didn't buy the Goggles 3 due to the price. Most peoole that bought the Avata 2 will have had goggles already, but many Neo owners won't.
You can now get the Neo, 3 batteries, Motion controller 3 and the Goggles N3 for less than the price of the Goggles 3 by themselves, and if you already had the Neo, then you can get the N3 goggles for $229 or £229, less than half the price of the Goggles 3.
Got to admit; I only had low hopes when I first got these given the pricing but was genuinely amazed at how good they were. They've left out extras and just kept the basics but those basics are very decent, especially as the screen has the same resolution and similar latency.
I love my Neo and the fact that I can fly it in my yard or local park. Being in a no fly zone grounded my Mini3 unless I leave the area...But here's my question... Will the N3 let me fly in my yard? If it dosen't I'll still consider getting the N3. Hmmmm... Christmass is comming up.

Если эти очки будут работать с RC-N3 это уже будет другой разговор а так это будет большой кусок дерьма который не выгодно покупать.
Hi there,
thank you for reaching out.
The DJI Goggles N3 are compatible with the DJI Avata 2 and DJI Neo, and must be used with either the DJI RC Motion 3 or the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3.

Compared with DJI Goggles 3, DJI Goggles N3 offers a more spacious internal design that accommodates personal glasses, allowing users to wear them directly without needing to adjust the diopter or install additional lenses. It also features a single 1080p ultra-wide screen with a 54° field of view, reducing the likelihood of dizziness and providing an immersive visual experience.
