I’m reaching out on behalf of my friend, who recently purchased a used Avata drone. Unfortunately, he has been unable to fly the drone, as it is still registered to the previous owner.
Upon my friend’s request, the seller agreed to unregister the drone. However, despite a week having passed, the drone remains registered under the seller’s account. My friend followed up with the seller, who informed him that he had requested the deletion of his DJI account and provided us with his account credentials, as he has since moved out of the country. When we attempt to log in with the seller’s credentials, we see the message "already applied to delete account."
At this point, my friend is still unable to fly his Avata drone, and it seems there’s no further action we can take to unregister it ourselves.
Would you be able to assist us with this matter?
