my RC controler for the Inspire1 does not turn on and does not charge. My second one works fine.
If I connect it to the charger, I can even turn it on, but as soon I disconnect it, it shuts down.
Do I have to send it to the service or is there any other help?
Sounds like a bad battery or internal connection. I think Dundee has some remote photos showing the inside of the radio. I do not believe you can get parts i.e. new battery etc. So you would need to send it back to DJI for repairs...
Sorry man, all of us will have this issue sooner or later because they did not make this user friendly or serviceable.
