We are having a Satellite signal searching error on our newly purchased M350 SN 1581F6GKB243G004007E. Aircraft firmware version 10.00.06.02. Remote Controller 05.02.10.00.

The drone is showing this error and refuses to take off. Sometimes it takes off but the error was popping up mid flightIndicated in amber. Upon landing it turns red and the drone again, refuses to take off. We have tried switching it on and off and moving to an open area but to no avail. We were flying the a remote area with no interference from building and WiFi whatsoever.

Hello. You can check antenna 1 and antenna 2 on this interface. If one of the antennas has all zeros, it needs to be sent back for repair.

Yes l have tested as per your instruction. All antennas look okay. Unfortunately, the payload that we use isn't around at this moment. We attach a magnetic sensor used for mineral exploration. I am realizing that the error comes up when the sensor is mounted to the drone and or switched on. But we have another M350 working fine with the same magnetic sensor. What could be the problem? Both drones were bought at the same time and use the same firmware.

The other thing is that when the error came up, the screen was showing that the drone has 30 satellites but we were getting a satellite signal searching error warning. I have a screenshot.
