What's New
- Adds support for DJI Mic Mini.
- Adds background download for files captured using Osmo Pocket 3.

What's Updated
- You can now directly import sports data from more data channels, including iGPSPORT, Suunto, Magene, COROS, etc.
- Water depth will now be displayed during diving when waterproof case is attached to camera. For Suunto dive watches, water depth data and dive logs in FIT file format can be imported.
- Optimized display by adding compatibility with iPad. You can now preview files in HD, making editing more convenient.

Hi there. Thank you for your recommendations. We haven't received any updates about this feature yet. Please rest assured that we will register the information and provide feedback to the related departments for evaluation. Currently, when the camera is in the vertical shooting mode, it will be up to 3K resolutions after a horizontal crop. If you want to shoot in 4K resolution, you can simply hold the device sideways while filming. Thanks for your kind understanding.

DJI already rules most of the camera world so a 360 action camera would simply complete and lead the world of action cameras .... Time to knock insta360 off its perch!!

I was planning to buy your new DJI MicMini to do a review on and put it up against Hollylands M2 and Godoxs Cube SC version but since I already have the DJI Mic2 and funds are low, I've had to make the decision to miss this opportunity out for the time being (a shame I know)

Is their a bug with the firmware? While I can connect to the Mic Mini receiver over USB-C, I cannot connect via Bluetooth, as the manual suggests.

Since you have an Osmo Action 5 Pro icon, are you referring to its pre-recording switch? If so, you can find the pre-rec toggle from this operation path: On the camera interface>>slide up at the bottom of the screen>>tap the icon in the upper-left corner and access the Pre-Rec Mode feature (positioned at the same menu level as the loop recording feature).

Here are the tips of the pre-recording features:
1. This mode is supported only when “Video” mode is enabled. Setting options of “Pre-Rec Duration”: 5/10/15/30/60s.
2. The Osmo Action 5 Pro has a pre-recording time setting range of 5/10/15/30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, and 5 minutes in version V01.02.03.10 and above(Please kindly check if you have updated to the version mentioned).
3. When Pre-Rec mode is enabled, you can only adjust the screen-off time and end prerecording on the camera touchscreen, while other interactions with the touchscreen are not allowed.

I know exactly where it is in the camera.  I have to hang over the side of my boat to turn it on.  Someday I will fall overboard toggling it on.  It would be very nice to be able to toggle it on in the Mimo app on a cellphone.  

Does DJI want me to fall overboard?

I believe the sensor is 4x3 horizontal hence having 3k vertical. As a workaround people hold or mount the camera horizontal

I love my Pocket 3 but it's the first time in almost a year I feel disappointed by the lack of added features.
Many of us users have been requesting a series of features all these months, and none seems to have been implied.
I will continue using my Pocket 3, but the lack of added features we have been requesting makes me feel that this is the end of support for it.
From now on all we might get is updates like the latest one that added the new mic.
It's a pity because this camera has great potential and what we have been requesting could help us use it even better.
