You press the button it flies a map for 20 minuted and takes pics on the way back then lands at your feet.

Yeah, thats why I carefuly look at pano pictures(separately), sometimes theres a very nice surprises

There wasn’t parking anywhere near . I bought a bottle of water at a seven eleven and flew from there. I would assume the building has parking underneath or in the smaller building next to it.

Having a parking garage underneath would at least make sense or else they better be on a busy commute line.

This building is in the entrance of the Holland Tunnel to NYC so most people are commuters.  I don't know how they do without cars though. We were mapping the tunnel entrance. These shots were just what the drone took on the way back from the map.

Indeed you do.  It was way too windy yesterday for me to make a surveillance flight around my property so I got out the ATV and made the rounds.  I saw a group of 4-5 wild turkeys and the most I've seen in the past is 1 or 2 at a time.  I got off to look around the perimeter fence where the 2 trespassers breached previously.  No new signs of activity but a 5 foot rattlesnake let his presence be known.  Sadly for him I'm not a fan of snakes, especially rattlesnakes so I quickly dispatched him.

Yes not a fan either. I was in a boys camp for counelor training and we caught and ate one. Looks like fish, tastes like chicken.

Growing up in south Texas a farm next to ours had a immigrant worker from somewhere in South America and he used to catch rattlesnakes, milk the venom for medical use and then skin them and make belts out of their skins.  He repurposed everything from them, even the fangs.  Of course, he was quickly nicknamed Snakeman.

Its funny to be responsible they called in a rangwr and they extracted the venom. They got a belt out of it and made some stew. Nothing got wasted.

I had my annual physical this morning and the Doctor was impressed.  He seemed to be super happy that I had lost 15 pounds.  I told him I was clean eating and doing portion control.  He asked me how much I was running and he was shocked when I told him none.  I told him I get plenty of exercise and cardio work while scuba diving and swimming.

They say the average runner lives an extra six months which equals his running time. No Thanks, That's like hell.

Years back I used to be an avid runner but every since I tore up my knee onboard ship I had to give that up.  The pounding on the knee was more than I could stand.  It's never bothered me while swimming or diving so I figure why intentionally inflict pain on myself.

I like to hike but running is brutal. I love swimming. There are so many other aerobic exercises that create less wer and tear on the body.

Indeed you do.  I just don't want to put forth the effort to push through the discomfort of running.  Hence, my desire to swim or scuba dive.  I'm definitely not a fast swimmer but I can swim distances for sure.  My dad was in the Navy in WW II and he had two ships sunk out from under him and both time the survivors had to swim for hours while waiting to be rescued.  Because of those experiences he made sure we could all swim for long time and distances vice speed.  I really wanted to try out for the dive team in high school but with work on the farm there just wasn't the time for that, but I have no regrets.  Farm work was hard but taught us lots of life lessons.

Just prior to Christmas a dive buddy of mine was diving just off the eastern coast of Hollywood, Fl and came upon these 2 giant Ocean sunfish.  I'd heard of them but never seen them before.  He said there skin was very rough and they looked sliver-gray in the water.  

Now I'm crazy excited to actual see one up close and personal.

It's simply amazing how big they can get.  They say they have the largest bones of any fish.
