dji care shows invalid on RC controller

I bought dji care just after the 48 hour window for a new drone the Mini 3 as I bought the care through the website it automatically registered it to my drone which I checked on the dji care website. The issue I am having is that my RC controller under device management shows replacement Invalid.
I have logged out of the controller and logged back in again ( wifi on ) but still shows as Invalid.
Is there anything else I could check?

On the RC controller under Value-added Service at the bottom right the last line says Unbind Device.
So I assume that the mini 3 and RC controller are bound together.
Sorry this is al new to me

Edit just checked the RC controller under Account and Devices DJI Mini 3 ( + green dot ) bound to my email then next line "Remove Device from Account .

Hi there, thank you for your response above. As you can see your email address in your remote controller, this means your account is bounded with your remote controller. Also, could you please share us the serial number of your DJI Mini for us to check on the DJI CareRefresh service?

Sorry for the late response. After checking, we did not find the DJI Care Refresh service bound under this device. May I know where did you purchase the DJI Care service?

My wife purchased the dji care from the dji store I then got an email with the number to enter in the dji care website the number I entered came up with this number has already been used.
I then went to the dji care site and up came a photo of my drone with the correct S/N number .
See previous screenshot above.
I assume that when my wife bought the dji care she had logged into my account that after payment dji had activated the dji care for my drone.

How do I dm you please on this forum.

I would just like to thank everyone for their help my issue has now been resolved through dji support.
Apparently when I bought the dji care at the same time that I was ordering dji care someone else was doing the same and they sent the same code to both email addresses I have contacted the dealer and they sent a new code out and it has now activated the dji care warranty and my RC controller also shows replacement as valid.

If the admins wish to delete this thread they are welcome to do so.
