Hello,I bought from Amazon Neo combo with 3 battery,charger hub and RC. One of battery totall stop to working and charging.Flashing 4 lights per 1 sec. I fill up the information for repair ,but from the service want to send to them drone,RC,charger and battery.I have a problem just with tha battery.Another one they working.How to procedure?
