These 2 panoramas show the differences between the sea levels at either ends of the tide, near where I live in Norfolk, England.

The cliffs are made of soft sandstone at the base with chalk at the top, which looks lovely, but is constanly collapsing.

Hover.
Take a picture.
Yaw about 20 degrees, left or right, take another picture without changing height or touching the RH stick at all.
Repeat until you have covered the area you want to include with overlapping pictures.
Create the panorama in any number of software packages, i.e. photoshop,.  I use PTgui for the panorama creation.
