Is there a way to turn off the start beep and “fly in well lit conditions”

Also I just did helix mode and the DJI Neo flew into me and kept going forwards then was flying still too high to see me so I had to gain manual control. Why is this?
Does it track you even in quick shot modes like circle and helix? So after it finishes the shot it tries to find you and come to you ?
