Is the Support for Mini 4 Pro Ended?

It's been a while since the issue arises and DJI has not answered my querry regarding this Issue.
What Happened to the support guys? Do we still expect some answers?
Did some messages through inbox, but there's still no answer.

Still gets support. But that does not mean that every issue will get fixed.
Some stuff will never be fixed, but major flaws will get fixed.
(although not everybody has the same idea about what major is )

we know that for sure. But then again, the issue is way older than other issue.
No response from the thread I posted on the firmware. so as to my Private messages. At first, they responded, but after i gave them a copy, nada.

Nah, Mini 4 pro isn't bad of course.
If you just understand my statement. I have not received any answers. That's all I want by the way. An answer from them as to what happened. It was just kind of hanging.
And besides, this is what forums are made for, right? To have a decent conversation with some decent and knowledgeable persons in here, right?

Absolutely true.
But the reality is that they don't often give those.
I don't have the 4 Pro (skipped the 4, waiting for the 5), so I can't test myself.

I don't think they will be releasing it anytime soon, I guess. Not unless they will put a Lidar sensor in it. But an additional weight will be added. It will compromise the other parts since it must be under 249g.

And they will focus on the 5 instead of changing the 4.
At least, that is what they seem to be doing lately.
Focus on the next one, not on the current.

Or it's an echo chamber where the same five people regurgitate the same narrative and push for firmware updates on a near daily basis like the Osmo Action 5 forum. I bought the Action 5 Pro camera and didn't use it much because of all the negativity with issues posted in that forum and I got caught up in it. Turns out the camera isn't half as bad as what people are making it out to be when I took it off the shelf and actually used it. Is it perfect? No. Color profiles could use some adjustments, but with color grading using the DLog-M profile, it's non-issue.

your right they do cost so much that would be nice if we had good customer service, but we only need it once we have the product, and by then they have our money and don't care anymore.

I still hope that they can serve us well regarding their customer service. I won't disregard their good services to some as well. I guess there's still room for improvement. I Hope.

Dji announced that support for Mini 4 Pro will be active until 31th December 2026. If the product isn’t showing issues it is normal that there isn’t new à updates.
I wish they will reconsider to keep mini 4 pro as an active product one more year (until end 2027) because it is actually the only one under 250g with more sensors for obstacle advoidancd than few others under 250g. It is also based on their last standard for consumer drone: O4 ! Camera features are top level for the mini series. It is a high potential product for beginners or pilots without lisence (in Europe less than 250g)
If I was dji I would keep developing this product and make it an ultra safe « mature » product that they could keep selling even at lower price for furète batches. We will see what strategy they are going to choose for this product  during the year I guess.
