It will be a great feature to have waypoints with the Flip.
The internet is giving mixed result as to wether Flip will have waypoints or not.
Any ideas?

Unlikely to be added to a budget drone without 360 OA,  they didn't add it to the mini 3 without 360 OA.

If DJI puts the waypoints into the Flip, it is the perfect way to kill the Mini line

As a Flip owner, I too would really value the Waypoint feature being added.

I also think it is very useful to have the ability to make flight plans with the DJI Flip

The happy Flip owner here... Waypoint is the only missing feature, it will be amazing to have this functionality... it is a bit strange to have waypoint only in the hyper-lapse mode

It is a must! It’s a camera made for vloggers and on the go content creators. How come this feature doesn’t come shipped with the product! Also objects tracking other than humans!

New owner of a Flip, actually, arriving tomorrow. And waiting for the waypoints mode.

So, 600/800$  dji GPS products have the waypoint option excluded in the software? What a scam and ripoff. Its the only reason i bought dji. 20yrs ago i worked in an antwerp retailstore and discovered the near criminal business practices of dji with the updates and the lack of support for product with a pricetag that DEMANDS support. I see dji is still the same, scamming company. 800$ for a useless piece of plastic. I should have bought from aliexpress
