I live in North Orange County and fly my P3 all the time.  I'm game to fly any good destination within an hours drive.  Places I've flown that were great flight experiences are:   San Onofre, Palos Verdes, Point Vincente, LA Harbor, Corona Del Mar, Dana Point Marina bay, Doheny Beach, Crystal Cove, Huntington Beach, Balboa Pier, Anaheim Hills, and others.  I have found a lot of great places to fly and I haven't been hassled at all.  They're all quite safe too, not near crowds during non summer months.  If you'd like to meet up to fly, send me an email with your contact info.   I should have my P4 next week.
