Have had P3P for 6 months, had no problems. This morning put P3P up for flight, full battery, complete preflight checks, all calibrations completed, latest firmware updates installed without previous problems. 10 seconds and 30ft up P3P has complete power failure, lights out, blades stopped and she augered in to the paddock. My friends P3P did exactly the same 4 weeks ago, as are silt I also make sure the battery is in correctly with that love click contact sound.... Has anyone else experienced this? The battery does not go now but not sure if this is a result of the crash.

Same thing happened to me a few months ago. Mine was up 393ft when it lost power. Ended up with a broken propeller and broken gimbal. I called DJI support and explained to them what happened. They fixed the camera/gimbal and shipped the P3P back. I was not charged for the repair.
Also, I was not told what happened that caused the P3 to crash. They simply fixed the camera and sent it back.
