Can you use intelegent flight modes with an iPad mini2 (wifi-only) if youre are connected to a mobile hot-spot device? I tried this the other day and it seemed like it was giving me erratic results.

Doesn't seem to work. I had to buy a Garmin GLO for my IPad mini2 to get everything to work.
