I would like to do soft cartography with phantom 3 professional.For that I need to plan the flight and send this information to the phantom.
The information could be a set of waypoints.
Do someone know how can I do it?

through the DJI go app out you can only fly  the way point first first going to have to use a third-party to set up waypoints before you fly

You could do so but it would require using an Android device and utilizing 3rd party software. Two apps that I've had success with are Litch and Ultimate Flight. I have set up very extensive waypoint flights in Litchi, one with 60 waypoints.
