Can anybody help me?

After the last DJI update I don't know why but all videos I film on my drone isn't appear on my DJI app. The only way to whatch it is downloading from de sdcard (NOT 4K video) of is 4K video I have to remove the sd card the camera of the drone and download to my laptop.(lonnnng way)

Not 100% sure what you mean as the app only caches a copy of the video on your device and may only hold so much (untested).  It never transferred the full video that I have seen.  The card method is the only way I know of to transfer your videos.  If that is taking to long you may have a bad card reader or usb.
