I submited a ticket 2 days ago via the online ticketing system at https://djitechnologyllc.freshdesk.com/

Anyone have any idea how long it takes to get a response.  Getting through by phone has proven very difficult with multiple disconnects

Hi, Sam, you should have a ticket number after you submit. Let me know and I can help. The normal respond time is 2-3 days now.We are still working hard to reduce the time.

I do not have any response from #210079 ESC RMA For Phantom 3 Pro since: Fri, 2 Oct 2015 19:21:49 +0000. Today is Fri, 30 Oct. My P3P is on "Repair in Progress" since Oct 28th and the ticket is not updated.

Sent the request to freshdesk for technical support. Finally ended up calling and sitting on hold for 20 minutes.

I did order some items from online and it took over 6 days and me contacting onlinesales before anything changed and my order was shipped.

Ditto.  I waited all day to talk to a human - he was in tech support but tried to help.  He attempted to give me some BS answer but the bottom line is they don't even know if the product is available.  I did receive my backpack, but no drone.  So I ordered one from Amazon Prime with a delivery date of Wed the 30th.  I will return the DJI drone if it ever shows.  What a bunch of a$$holes they are.
