after three days of operation , Picture freezes when I record button click.

1.How does the left LED on the OSMO  flash when you are recording? Is it blinking red?   
2. Can you get video in the SD card?  If yes, can the video broadcast smoothly ?

What video resolution are you using? I've seen posts where it works in other resolutions...

To clarify, I've seen posts with the same issue where changing the resolution resolves this...

4K resolution has a recording problem currently, which would be resolved in the next firmware upgrade, other resolutions are fine.
Just wait for Eiskalt's reply.  This problem may happen on some Android device.
