How long has everyone received their Dji Osmo after ordering it?

It has been 10 days since I ordered it and still hasn't been shipped. None of my emails have been answered to either and I've sent multiple emails asking when it will be shipped.

It seems this is a norm.  I ordered on 10/21 with the hope of getting it by 11/18 (at the time didn't think an unreasonable assumption of a month, but now I doubt it will happen)...

Annoying part is other DJI vendors are saying they have OSMO's in stock and can ship today!

How does one go about getting a refund? I'm sick of waiting and annoyed DJI have had my money for a month now. Wen I ordered it said shipping in 10-15 days . Meanwhile every man and his dog have got theirs.

I just sent a email today to find where my order is at in the process,  I got my spare battery today but no Osmo to use.  This really sucks.  Plus the fedex box is really beat up and ripped.   Stickers say Void if damaged.  whats that all about.   
Its really frustrating when you see the online store now say 5-7 days after payment is confirmed.  Yet mine is getting close to 20 working days because of the extension arm.  

Online sales should keep the customers happy and at least update each one on the progress of the order.   When the order only says that your payment is confirmed and waiting shipping , it does nothing for customer satisfaction.

I ve the same problem with DJI.
WHY my order (033110575323) is still not shipped and my shipping status is still "pending"? It must be today (15/11/11) It's been a month since I ordered (14/10, and I have always received nothing!

Your company is not professional and serious!

I need my command for working, can you understand that you put me in a very embarrassing situtation with respect to my clients.

I don't want more excuses, I want my order.
