To improve the user experience and understand customers’ needs better, DJI Innovation organized a lottery-attached survey for the first time. Since August, DJI has collected feedbacks from users all over the world through telephone interviews and internet questionnaires. Thank you for all your supports and valuable advice.At the beginning of each month, we will draw one winner of First Prize and winners of other prizes among users who sent us feedbacks.
First prize (one winner): Phantom 3 Advanced.
Second prize (three winners): 400 DJI Credits (value 400 RMB) which can be used when purchasing a product from the DJI Online Store.
Thirdprize (five winners): 200 DJI Credits (value 200 RMB) which can be used when purchasing a product from the DJI Online Store.

I do have a beef about service. My p3a crashed on fourth flight. Internal failure of some sort. I was very please at how fast repairs were made. Ten days shipped and back under warrenty. That's pretty dang good I think. But here's me beef. I would like to know what caused my aircraft to crash. What failed. No explanation as to what happened and no response from dji when I asked. Grateful for all else but it sucks not knowing and not knowing what to watch for.

I have still not received the prize

you have put a limit on reply of the16th
