The Osmo firmware v1.1.1.50 released on the 6th November occasionally caused problems of system instability and abnormal filming behavior, and our team is working around the clock to resolve these issues.
Meanwhile, we are releasing firmware v1.2.1.60 for users to restore the Osmo to the factory default firmware. The firmware version ‘v1.0.1.19+’ should be displayed in the DJI GO app after the restoration is complete.
You think this is bad try getting the x5 to take a nice picture with no instructions anywere on the internet, after two days with the inspire 1 pro im thinking about straping my iphone to the bottom of my inspire and taking video with it, much better video.
Since this firmware, i experience drifting issues, BAD very bad Gimball calibration, it is so obvious to see it tilts a bit to the side.... How can i fix this DJI???
When will the creeping yaw issue be fixed? You've really stuffed up the stability. This renders the camera virtually useless. How can I roll back to the previous version of firmware?
It bugs the crap out of me when a manufacturer does not provide an archive of all firmware released for a device. It's clear DJI has not had the time to adequately test this current firmware nor the new DJI Go app for Android.
most of the time, once the new firmware is installed you cannot go back (designed into the code). They changed this on the DJI Go App but not for hardware that I know of.
They will get it sorted out soon. My OSMO is working fine and not drifting ... just noisy audio from the fan noise. It's all good with a remote mic.
Here is the log file from my OSMO update:
