I am up to my eyeballs with this piece of junk! OK. Let me explain.

I bought an OSMO and I needed DJI Go to work with it. I have an old Sony Xperia Arc with Android 2.3.4 (Gingerbread) so it is little wonder why DJI Go wouldn't work on it. That's fair enough so I attempted to upgrade to Android 4.1 but that proved to be more troublesome than I have anticipated. I then tried the app on my Samsung Note table which is on Android 4.1.2 and the app installed OK but it stop working when I go into camera view mode. Out of desperation, I went out and bought a new Sony Xperia with Android 4.4.4 loaded. Great! That should work BUT I got the message in the app saying "Your device isn't compatible with this version" when I attempted to download the app. Is it me? What have I done wrong?

BTW, the app works fine on my sons old iPhone.

Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Sorted! In case someone else experiencing similar problems, I navigated to the App Store from DJI's web site and selected Chrome and the Install button appeared load and clear. Still not sure what had happened but all is well now.
