I logged into my account to check on the status of the Osmo order from back in October and the orders aren't there.  Nor are there any other orders I have already received since last Spring.  Where are they and how do I find them?

I got notification today that they are sending the Osmo and most of the parts (not all) with it.  Thank you for helping to expedite this order.  I still have the handle kit on order, but I imagine they are waiting to ship when it will work with the X3 camera.

i would really like to know where my item is because i received an email saying that all my items have been shipped and only received a car mount and an extension stick that all and i have orderd all the items and accessories 001137762212 this is my order number i really need to know where my items are as i have made the order and fully paid since 05/11/2015 and till today i have just received the above only and plus there is no tracking number.
