I just purchased my Ronin M and when i try to upgrade the firmware , after turing on the Ronin M and connectting it to my Mac. I cant recieve a signal from my Gimbal Assistant App that the Ronin is connected . Is the cable (usb) that comes with the Ronin faulty ? How am I suppose to upgrade now ?

Unplug the USB cable and connect the APP again
