After buying  a Phantom 3 PRO from one of your dealers in the US  on September 28,2015 and flying it for less than three months on  November 11, 2015 the aircraft had a fly a flyaway and after trying to recover, it crash landed and caused extensive damage to the quadcopter. Yesterday I got an invoice on my e mail  for a total of 620.00. that is almost 50% of the total cost of the machine. I'm not pleased with the service provided by DJI USA, when you pay such amount of money for a machine I believe that you deserve an explanation of at least what was the cause of the accident. I would like from the tech that checked my aircraft to give me a call and explain what the out comings of the data evaluation was. Your help on this matter will be appreciated.

















PD: I'm more of a talker than a writer  I've been flying  rc planes and helis for over 30 years

Ummm, don't hold your breath waiting for that call.  You may be able to figure out what happened by using the Flight Record that is saved in your phone / tablet.  Check out HealthyDrones.com (and it's FREE!)

Thanks gil, I already did  used HealthyDrones and found nothing abnormal. by the way the fly away wasn't even recorded on dji pilot app. I'm pretty sure it wasn't human  error
.

Hi Patrick;  A few days had passed and still no word from you. My main concern is stopping the count down on return date and the 7 day turn around is getting closer and closer each day. Please let me Know if you got anything from the repair shop in  US. Thanks again;  Carlos

Hi Patrick; After a month and a zillion calls to the service dept. in USA, I finally found out that DJI has  the worst customer services in the world. After all the millions of dollars that the company had make in the last two years, the company still setting the customers for failure even when they are willing to pay for the services. "Shame on You". I'm very disappointed and I will not recommend DJI even to my worst enemy. It is sad that things like this happen in the 21st century. :@
