After buying a Phantom 3 PRO from one of your dealers in the US on September 28,2015 and flying it for less than three months on November 11, 2015 the aircraft had a fly a flyaway and after trying to recover, it crash landed and caused extensive damage to the quadcopter. Yesterday I got an invoice on my e mail for a total of 620.00. that is almost 50% of the total cost of the machine. I'm not pleased with the service provided by DJI USA, when you pay such amount of money for a machine I believe that you deserve an explanation of at least what was the cause of the accident. I would like from the tech that checked my aircraft to give me a call and explain what the out comings of the data evaluation was. Your help on this matter will be appreciated.
