Some perspective from the DJI only use the phone as a slave (no control) in function follow me?

That way we can name a cell and give someone (or ourselves doing the path). Without the need to have control.

It only follows the remote control and the device that's plugged into it.
Would be a really cool feature if there was a separate device that it could lock onto and then follow that.
Maybe when DJI makes versions with collision avoidance in the future then maybe there will be an add on watch device or something like that.

Litchi app does this with the Magic Leash app.

Don't have the Litchi app, but that magic leash thing looks pretty cool.
