Does anyone else know about this offer that B&H had on their site? I have pre-ordered while this was advertised and  have noticed that they have now removed the cards from he listing. I have contacted them to make sure that my delivery will include the 2 cards and they are asking me for a screenshot of the offer to prove this! What the heck!?!

Only thing I could find so far is through a google search that still shows it in some google cache:

If that was available with your order I would think B&H will stand behind it.

They are playing completely dumb now. Is it normal practise to take screenshots of your orders when ordering from the US?

Well I cant see them not Honoring it, I would take it all the way up to a Manager Level if they wont comply with your request.

Are you saying it did not show in your order confirmation email?

I would still think if it was POSTED at the time of sale they have to HONOR it.

I ordered mine from BHPhoto on December 3rd, This was on my confirmation email.

My question is if those cards are fast enough for 4K video recording.  Because a recommended accessory on the site is now listed as this:

The included cards are U3/Class 10 but the recommended card is U1/Class 10. Will those two cards they include be useless to us for 4K video recording?

I know I ordered 4 of  SanDisk - 64GB microSDXC Extreme Plus Class 10 UHS-1 Memory Card from what I read diffidently 4k video able just make sure what your using to play it back on is at least usb 3.0 card reader

"I am sorry but I have looked at orders for the item you ordered and it does not seem that anyone received it those cards. Please let us know what day you saw it and we will try to look a little further into it.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance. "

Ouch! That's a huge shipping cost!

Shipping is alway hectic from B&H to South Africa, even if you order something as small as a memory card. And they do not offer combined shipping at all....

Here is my pre-order WITH the 2 SD cards.
Questions for the forum:
• I no longer want the eGo Professional case
• I would like to instead order a few batteries in it's place
Is it possible to cancel the case, replace that cost with a few batteries, but NOT lose my pre-orderplace? Also, I paid with PayPal so will that effect things as well?  

I'd appreciate it if anyone knows those answers...

B&H has replied with this:
"I am very sorry, but our records show that the special ended on 12/14/14 at 12:00 AM. I am very sorry, but when you placed the order we no longer had the cards included. It could be that you saw it in your cart, since you put it in before, but it no longer was included."

I have asked them if they will combine shipping if I add 3 x 64GB Lexar 633x cards to my purchase. Shipping on a single card is $48 to South Africa. That is more than the price of the card @ $43.95...
