Hello folks

I have a Phantom 3 pro and yesteday I shoot some 4K-video - now playing back on my iPad Pro I sometimes see  the props - How can I avoid this? Lower res?

I think this is an iPad Pro's issue ;)
BTW the camera gimbal moves your cam to reduce the shacking (when you make some harsh aircraft moves, when windy, etc), so its ok.

Whenever you accelerate away, the aircraft tilts its nose down, and the gimbal tries to keep the camera where it was, the result is that the camera effectively is tilting upwards to see the props. This happens to all Phantoms. There are two ways to avoid it, tilt the camera down so that you are not looking at the sky, and the second is to fly smoothly without sudden acceleration.

It is normal like Geebax said. Also if you fly with a front wind that will happen even if you fly slow. The P3 compensate for the wind with an inclination.
Tilt your camera up until you dont see the props. Take a picture to make sure your angle is ok.

This is normal when flying forwards too fast or flying into the wind. I would just use 2.7k and crop

2.7 is a resolution that became available in the Phantom 3 pro after the last firmware 1.5..

I don't recommend flying backwards unless you can see your Phantom and you know exactly where you're going.

Would never do that Always very careful :-)

If the sky is what you want to look at, cyclic pitch and invert would cure the blade issue

The advice about not flying backward if you can't see it is good advice. However....

In the event you *can* see your device and flying backward is an option, many video editors have the capability of "reversing" your video so everything looks normal. Even the well-known freebie GoPro Studio can reverse your video if you have to fly backwards.

Another poster/responder had a good suggestion as well - film in a larger format - like 2.7k or 4k and then crops sufficiently to remove the views with the props showing.

First, lower your camera.  You have WAY too much sky in your image, wasting picture content.  Also, fly slower (forward), make less abrupt speed and direction movements.  You won't have props in the image, and your battery will last longer between recharges.

you would tilt your camera just for 10 degrees, or fly a little bit more gentle, so you will not face this issue

From the screen-shot you posted, you don't yet have 2.7k available, but you do have 4k available. Take the advice from the poster above - shoot in 4k and crop your picture to remove the props.

Or, take the other advice offered.
