Hi, all, please understand that the update of EXP is depended on the server data, after you've synchronized your flight records, the server will update the EXP level periodically, most likely to be the end of each month. So it's normal that the EXP haven't change immediately after your synchronization. What's more, please make sure your filght records have been successfuly synchronized to the cloud, you can check wheather there is a black triangle with cloud on the right top corner of each flight record. For those who have a long time no update issue on the EXP level, please leave your app account, the time of the last EXP update, your flight information(distance and time). I will let the engineers check if there is any abnormal of the server. Please reply me here directly so that I can get a reminder, then I won't miss your reply. Thanks. |
