I want to try getting closer using a macro/close up filter.
1/. Does anyone know the size of the filter
2/. Has anyone had experience using this type of filter with the Osmo

I believe the filter is 35mm. Also keep in mind that the filter thread is on the outside, not the inside like normal. I've read that some 37mm filters may fit but it's a trial and error thing.

The upshot as far as I know (and I've only had my Oslo for week or so), the filter needs to be specifically made for the X3 camera to fit.

The diameter is 35.8 mm +0.07or  -0.03. Still suggest you use the original DJI accessories.

I would use a DJI filter - but they don't sell one with a macro/close up lens.

Ha, I had exactly the same idea today, to buy a 1+ or 2+ diopter lens to enable me to shoot closer shots in a car...

Anyone sucess in using the diopter lens?

Nobody find it??
