Hi, I got a bad bad bad video streaming to my cell phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Android 4.4.2).
The video lag a lot, some glitchs and at the start it goes black for few seconds.
When I try to use the "smooth tracking" option (the one you pan and tilt usen the touch screen) the motor of the camera kind of stack a little bit, make a movement "step by step" like.

I tried to use it with a tablet and it has no problem like this, the video and movement are smooth.

Can someone help me? I really want to use my Note 3 for this.

Thanks

Hi, the video feed quality depends highly on the decoding ability of mobile device.
1) Try to close all the background APP
2) DJI GO app - me- Settings- Clear Video Cache
3) Please make sure there is enough RAM memory on your phone
4) Please update your app to v2.4.2.

Thanks. I re-installed the app and works wonderful now. Except because the 4k videos generate an error during playback and makes the app freeze.

I haven't try with and MicroSD card U3 just the one Osmo brings with it. Do you know if I can record 4k videos with the original MicroSD card?

Thanks again!

Yes, the original SD card can handle 4K vdieos. You mentioned that your app freeze when you tried to play back the 4K video. Can you tell me your resolution setting? Have you checked the original files in the SD card?

Until 3840 × 2160 24p it works fine, but when it comes to 4096 × 2160 it records just 7-10 seconds until stops, and the app kinds of flicks, and then automatically it goes to 1920x1080 24p.

When it records at 4096 × 2160 you can move the gimbal but it won't record any more frames than the firsts ones and you can hear the audio for those 7-10 seconds.

I got a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and I've tried with the original MicroSD card from the Osmo and the Sandisk U3 64Gb, resulting the same issue.- App 2.4.2(76)

Hi, your Osmo has been successfully updated to the 1.02.1.60 version since the result is Abort.  You can check the firmware version in the DJI GO app, Settings -> About ->Firmware Version(Don't forget to connect Osmo WIFI first). The corresponding version should be 1.0.1.19+.
