Hi Guys,

We will be visiting Chicago, Toronto and NYC this xmas.

Just want to know if worth bring the P3 with me.

I will staying in Des Plaines, Chicago / Brampton Toronto and NYC

1) Planning to take shot on Niagara Falls
2) Central park...

not sure if Im allowed to.

Is there any place near interesting in these places...

You may want to inquire with the employees at Niagara, I know that usually some National Parks it is not allowed like here in California I cannot fly it in Yosemite.

Not too far back someone posted a video here of a Phantom flight over Niagara Falls. He noted that he had to seek permission to fly there.

Haven't flown in NYC, but I've seen a few articles online that suggest it is possible but locations are limited.  Search "flying drone in NYC" on Google to get some details on it.  Much of Central Park is in a NFZ, but places like Battery Park are not.

Honestly don't remember. Just remember that a viewer/poster stated it was illegal to fly over the falls and the guy who made the video said he had been granted permission. The original video is most likely still on Youtube.

Well....

I decided NOT to bring my drone in this trip :

1) Weather might be bad
2) Custom hassle (maybe)
3) Blurry regulation on drone
4) Neighborhood might be over sensitive

In case I got question by Police,  i cant stand interogation especially by clueless authority..NOT WORTH IT.  Might spoil my trip ..
