After i've talk with the EU support and told them my issue, today they contacted me by email saying that my inspire is working fine.

I bought an Inspire Pro almost two months ago and the FCC ID of it is from a Inspire 1 V1...

One friend of mine who bought the Inspire Pro last week has the FCC ID from Inspire 1 V2...

The thehnical support told me 3 weeks ago that i have to send the aircraft to them and it will be replaced and that they are sorry, but now, they are writing me:

"we just received and examined your Inspire 1 Pro, whee you claim the V2.0 Version and the FCC function.
Please note, that this Inspire does not have problems. Thats normal !!
Inspire 1 Pro does not have version 2.0, only Inspire 1 for X3 has a new version.
So there is:
Inspire 1
Inspire 1 V2.0
Inspire 1 Pro

and you have the last one.
Everything is ok with the device."

So i get maximum 11-12 minutes of flight with the X5, but according to the website, should be 18 minutes with a TB 48 battery....

Also the privious thread that i've post on it about this is closed and can't post anymore on it...

http://forum.dji.com/thread-35691-1-1.html

Can someone from DJI tell me that bellow things are ok?

The flight with the X5 is 11-12 minutes max (is this right? I'm using a TB48 battery and it's almost new (4 charges), also there was no wind outside)

The Inspire Pro has the new lightbridge like the inspire 1 V2 or not ? (because the V2 output according to the specs is 29db, but the V1 has only 24db), what lightbridge do i have?

Why the thread above was closed?

There are alot of clients that are complaining about this and what did DJI did by sending old inspire's instead of new ones it's a big SCAM!

You should run my email address to your system and see how many products i have from you before you write an reply.....

I hope they take care of you. I am in the midst of buying a V2 but this kind of stuff has me worried. Perhaps send a PM to Tahoe_ed or DJI_Tim or any DJI representative with your RMA or Order number. They should be of further guidance.

I doubt they still produce BOTH FCC versions. Any bet they deliver ALL new models with FCC 6101510 now. They increased the range with ALL models specs to 5km. If this can be achieved with the old FCC 6101410 I would gladly listen to any explaination how that works.

But honestly the first batch of Inspire Pros was not advertised with 5km range and its also not advertised as V2.0. So the truth is in the first weeks it was delivered with 6101410 hardware and now its delivered with 6101510 hardware. Depending on how much planes a dealer has in stock there will still be plenty old 6101410s in some stores anyway.

If it's just the sticker and everything inside is V2, you are violating a federal law because 1410 has output power of more than 24dbm ...

Also why my friend with the inspire 1 pro that he received last week can fly 2 minutes more like my inspire in the same conditions outside....

The correct thing is to change my aircraft with the new one, no to sell old inspire's as new inspire's....

At my Inspire it is printed directly on the Inspire parts - did you change it to a removeable sticker now?

I checked with DJI tech support about the FCC issue and they assured me that the RF hardware has not changed significantly. If you are in Europe, the transmit power is supposed to be lower to comply with regulations.

As I stated, I've flown the Inspire 1 and Pro the same distance out (4km) under ideal conditions. As for flight time, as alluded to in an earlier post, it may be related to flying conditions / age of the battery.

Yeah the 11-12 minute flight time using a TB48 with X5 camera is a huge let down.

If you are looking for better flight time there is the newly announced Yuneec Tornado H920.  Apparently you can load 3 batteries onto it for a 42min flight time.
